30 Days Parts Return Policy

  1. The order must be related to Avet Reels website ( www.avetreels.net ). ( we are not responsible for any purchases from dealers or any other website ).
  2. You must provide the original Invoice.
  3. Any shipping or handling cost is non-refundable.
  4. You will be responsible for shipping costs for sending the returned items.
  5. We do not price match with any other website, dealers or competitors.
  6. Items returned after 30 days, damaged or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

 

Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your parts or accessories order, you may return your order within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

  1. The item must not be used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Please allow at least 5 business days from the day that we received for refunds. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

( The Avet Factory Outlet is Excluded from this Policy. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after your order has been placed with Avet Factory Outlet. )

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company or your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 818-576-9895.

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping Returns

  1. Make sure you pack the return item securely
  2. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  3. We are not responsible for damage, loss, etc. for returned items.
